New Initiative Launches To Help US War Veterans Find Jobs

Over 5,800 .jobs websites led by veterans.jobs are part of a new initiative to help US war veterans transition from active duty to the civilian workforce. This is part of the new Universe.jobs, a network of thousands of occupational, geographic and industry websites designed to help employers distribute their job listings.

A new initiative has been launched at www.veterans.jobs, to help US war veterans find jobs.   Veterans.jobs is actually a portal to over 5,800 .jobs websites that use the Military Occupational Classification (MOC) Crosswalk system to assist military personnel in transitioning from active duty to employment opportunities in the civilian workforce.

The Veterans.jobs initiative is part of the Universe.jobs platform launched by the Direct Employer’s Association to help employers distribute their job postings across thousands of occupational, geographic and industry websites ending in the .jobs domain name.
